Privacy Policy

Account identity. When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account identifier, display name, email address, and profile image URL (if your Google profile provides one). This creates and identifies your Fundezy account.

Learning and trading data. Course progress and quiz scores; your simulated trading account (balance, positions, history, journal notes, alerts) and Expert Advisors you upload.

Technical data. Standard request logs (IP address, timestamps) used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers. We do not share your data with data brokers. Your email address and Google profile are never displayed to other users — the leaderboard shows only a display name you choose, and every account starts with an automatically generated name (e.g. Fearless Ferret) rather than your Google name.

We use data received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Account identity, course progress and simulated trading data are stored with Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions) under Google's infrastructure security. Market prices for the simulator are fetched server-side from third-party market-data providers; these requests carry no personal data. Google may process data across its global regions; such transfers are covered by Google's standard contractual clauses and security measures.

To provide your account (identity), the courses and progress you use (learning data), the simulator you operate (trading data), and to keep the service available and secure (technical logs). The lawful basis is performance of the service you request.

We keep your account data while your account is active. Technical security logs are retained for a limited operational window (weeks, not years). Course progress and simulated trading records are deleted together with your account when you ask us to delete it. Residual copies may persist in encrypted infrastructure backups for a limited operational window before automatic expiry.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your Fundezy data at any time by emailing info@fundezy.io from your registered email; we action verified requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your identity, course progress and personal notes; anonymized leaderboard records may be retained without identifying information. If you are unsatisfied with our response you may complain to your local data-protection authority (in Hong Kong, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data).

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age your jurisdiction requires for information-society services, such as 16 in parts of the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
