Market Foundations
How prices move, what a quote really means, and the vocabulary every trader needs.

In short
Market Foundations is Fundezy's beginner course on how markets actually work: five lessons, about 27 minutes, plus a scored quiz each. It explains what a price really is — the output of buyers and sellers reaching agreement — then teaches the mechanics every trader uses daily: reading a currency pair like EUR/USD 1.0900, counting pips, and sizing positions in lots with the platform's real contract sizes (100,000 units per standard lot). You learn the six order types — market, buy/sell limit, buy/sell stop — and when each fits; what the bid–ask spread, commission and swap cost you; and how the M1–D1 timeframes map onto the Asian, London and New York sessions. Outcomes: by the final quiz you can translate any stop distance into dollars, place a pending order with an attached stop-loss and take-profit, and name the most liquid hours of the trading week. Everything is practised free in the simulator — no real money anywhere.
